Rhythm Interventions Online (RIO) concluded its 2024 congress with remarkable success, highlighting its position as a leading global platform supporting better clinical outcomes in electrophysiology and cardiac rhythm management (CRM). Over four dynamic days, including three global days and a dedicated US-only day, the live event brought together healthcare professionals from 168 countries to exchange insights and innovations. Beyond the live event, Rhythm Interventions Online serves as an always-on resource, hosting the event’s sessions and additional content year-round.
A Platform of Global Impact
The four-day live event this year attracted over 7,000 HCPs to register, with over 3,000 live attendees actively participating and dedicating an impressive average watch time of 3 hours 25 minutes per individual. This focused, high-impact experience brought together a truly global audience, with total of 168 countries taking part, and top participation (around 70%) being from Europe or North America, reflecting the event’s growing international reach.
A Continual Hub for Electrophysiology
Rhythm Interventions Online has transformed from an annual event into an "always-on" resource, providing year-round access to educational content, sessions and resources. This shift ensures healthcare professionals can continue to discover and learn long after the live congress ends, making RIO a constant source of value.
RIO Socials: Extending Visibility Year Round
Complementing the always-on platform, RIO’s social media channels actively use congress content to maintain regular visibility and engagement throughout the year. This strategy ensures that RIO’s high-quality content continues to reach a wide audience, maximising its impact and providing sponsors with ongoing exposure.
Outstanding Engagement
The programme featured 33 unique sessions, offering cutting-edge knowledge tailored to electrophysiologists and non-invasive cardiologists, the primary audience. Audience feedback was overwhelmingly positive, with 97% affirming that RIO met its learning objectives. Notably, 99.4% of attendees rated the programme as “Excellent” or “Good,” underscoring the event’s high-quality content.
A marketing campaign amplified the event’s reach further, with a lot of noise on social media and our email marketing efforts targeted 1.4 million healthcare professionals within the Radcliffe Cardiology community, resulting in over 310k opens and an impressive 23.8% open rate.
