Radcliffe Group Ltd Appoints Andrew Simcock as Finance Director

Radcliffe Group Ltd is pleased to announce the appointment of Andrew Simcock as its new Finance Director, strengthening the company’s senior leadership team as it continues its growth across global medical publishing and independent medical education.

Andrew joins Radcliffe with a distinguished track record of delivering commercial performance improvement, developing high-performing finance and operational teams, and driving organisational efficiency across multinational, SME, owner-managed and private-equity-backed environments.

Most recently, Andrew served as Finance Director at Wave Healthcare Communications and Impact Medical Education, where he held executive responsibility for Finance, IT, HR, Facilities and Procurement. During his tenure, he delivered significant operational and financial transformation, including doubling year-on-year adjusted EBITDA, implementing new finance, IT and HR systems, and delivering group-wide business continuity and disaster-recovery processes. He was also responsible for board reporting, business partnering across commercial and delivery teams, and shaping strategic growth initiatives.

Andrew previously held senior finance roles including Head of FP&A at Causeway Technologies, Finance Director at Atech Support Ltd, and various leadership and financial management positions at Vandemoortele, Continental and BAE Systems. His expertise spans FP&A, budgeting and forecasting, financial controls, M&A support, systems implementation, IT transformation, treasury management and strategic business planning.

He holds a Master’s degree in Mathematics from Loughborough University and is a Chartered Management Accountant (CGMA ACMA).

In his new role, Andrew will lead Radcliffe’s financial strategy and governance, enhance reporting and operational analytics, and support the company’s ongoing expansion across the UK, Europe and North America. He will work closely with commercial, editorial and operational stakeholders to ensure strong financial discipline, scalable systems, and efficient resource allocation.
