Radcliffe Group Appoints Onno Kaagman as Chief Strategy Officer

Radcliffe Group Ltd, a global leader in independent cardiovascular, kidney and metabolic (CKM) medical education, today announces the appointment of Onno Kaagman as Chief Strategy Officer (CSO).

 

Onno joins Radcliffe with more than 30 years of international experience across cardiovascular education, life sciences, global partnerships and strategic leadership. He brings a deep understanding of how to connect scientific innovation with real-world clinical practice, alongside an extensive global network spanning healthcare professionals, academic leaders, industry partners and professional societies.

In his role as Chief Strategy Officer, Onno will work closely with Radcliffe’s founders and senior leadership team to shape and execute the Group’s long-term strategy, with a particular focus on international expansion, strategic partnerships, portfolio development and strengthening Radcliffe’s position as a trusted global platform for CKM education.

Onno has held senior leadership roles across medical education, consultancy and industry. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President, Global Cardiology at USHC, following the acquisition of Medcon International, where he was Founder and Managing Director for over two decades. He is also the Founder of PACE-CME and a Co-Founder of GP Cardio, a global primary-care cardiovascular network developed in collaboration with leading European professional societies. In addition, he has been closely involved with the European Primary Care Cardiovascular Society for more than 20 years.

Earlier in his career, Onno held senior global marketing roles at Pfizer and Parke-Davis, providing him with a strong commercial and strategic foundation within the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.
